Snick & Willow is proud to announce that Bharat Sundaresan—award-winning cricket commentator, writer, author, broadcaster, and world-renowned storyteller—has officially joined the project as Global Ambassador, the voice of Sir Malik, and Cultural & Creative Advisor.
Originally from India and now based in Adelaide, Bharat has spent more than 18 years covering cricket around the world, becoming one of the most recognised and respected voices in the global game. In addition to his work as a senior journalist and commentator, he is a regular presence on Australian television and radio, appearing on programs including ABC Breakfast, The Project, Offsiders, and more.
He was also the subject of an ABC Australian Story documentary in February 2025, highlighting his extraordinary journey, passion for cricket, and unique personality.
Known for his technicolour attire, flamboyant presentation style, and natural ability to connect with people, Bharat brings unmatched authenticity, enthusiasm and cultural insight to Snick & Willow. Outside the commentary box, he has also embraced his lifelong love for professional wrestling—recently stepping into the ring as a performer
Bharat’s Role in Snick & Willow
As Snick & Willow Global Ambassador, Bharat will serve as a lead representative and champion of the brand worldwide. His responsibilities include:
- Acting as a recognised face and voice of Snick & Willow in key global regions
- Promoting the project across social media and approved communication channels
- Communicating the project’s values, mission, and message clearly and consistently
- Participating in public appearances, interviews, panels, and media activities
- Cultivating positive relationships with fans, partners, sponsors, and community groups
- Providing cultural and creative guidance to ensure global authenticity and inclusivity
Bharat will also voice Sir Malik, one of the most charismatic characters in the Snick & Willow universe, bringing depth, humour, and heart to the role.
